Stafford, Seabrook, Pearland, and Willowbrook: We are open to the public Monday-Saturday from 9:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 12pm-5pm.

Magnolia: We are open to the public Monday-Friday from 9:00am-5:00pm and Saturday-Sunday from 9:00am-12:00pm.

No need to reserve a spot online for open play, you can just stop by!

Little ones 12 months and under are free with paid sibling admission. Adults are free. Socks are required for ALL guests walking on mats and equipment. Bring your own or purchase our grip socks for $2.50.

Bounce N Play has several different play areas to keep your little ones entertained for hours!

The baby area is exclusively for little ones under 2 years. It features a ball pit, foam building blocks, and wall panels with sensory activities.

Another play area features a medium sized play structure with giant ball pit, and slide.

Our largest play structure features slides, tunnels, a rope bridge, and more!

In the center of the facility is an inflatable Jumping Cloud, which is unique to Bounce N Play!

Parents/guardians are welcome to climb in the play structures along with their children. ALL guests walking on mats and equipment must wear socks at all times!

1. ALL guests who are playing and/or walking on mats must wear socks. No shoes or bare feet on mats or equipment!

2. When checking in, parents/guardians must read the Waiver of Liability and sign in prior to playing.

3. No rough playing or fighting allowed. Guests who do not respect Bounce N Play rules may be asked to leave. No refunds will be granted.

4. Absolutely NO flips on the Jumping Cloud!

5. Parent or Guardian supervision is required at all times! No drop offs allowed.

6. Outside Food Policy: Guests may bring food inside during open play on weekdays ONLY. No "party foods" or decorations allowed, unless a party is booked with us. Please sit at the picnic tables while eating. No food or drinks allowed in the play areas.

7. Our play areas are designed exclusively for babies, toddlers, elementary-aged children, and their caregivers. For the safety of smaller children, we kindly ask guests who are over the age of 10 years refrain from entering the play areas unless they are in a supervisory role accompanying a younger child.

Guests may bring individual meals and snacks during open play ONLY on Monday-Friday. If bringing food, please sit at one of our picnic tables when eating.

Large family-style setups and spreads are not permitted unless a party has been booked with us. Please do not bring in “party foods” such as cake/cupcakes, or open gifts at any time without a birthday party reservation.

Snacks and drinks are also available for purchase from our vending machines.

Socks are required by ALL guests while playing in the facility. This includes walking on the mats, playing on the equipment, etc. This helps with cleanliness of the play areas and ensures our equipment stays in good condition. Grip socks can be purchased at the front desk for $2.50 or you can wear your own socks.

Bounce N Play is a supervised facility and a parent/guardian must remain with their children at all times during Open Play and Birthday Parties.

When visiting us for Open Play during the week (Monday-Friday) we do allow guests to bring in outside foods and snacks. However, please do not bring in "party foods" such as cake, cupcakes, or food trays at any time unless a party has been booked with us.

Birthday parties can be booked online, over the phone, or in person. When reserving your party, a deposit is required to hold your specific date and time slot.

Each party room in similar in size and layout with full visibility into the play areas. Please note the tables and chairs may NOT be moved between rooms or out of party rooms. If you are expecting a large number of guests or need additional seating, please consider reserving additional rooms or a private facility reservation.

Absolutely! Guests who have reserved a party with us are allowed to bring in food, drinks, cake, etc. for their party. Each Party Room includes a mini fridge for guests to keep drinks and food chilled during their party and power outlets.

Guests who have made a party reservation may arrive 30 minutes before their scheduled party time. Please keep in mind if you arrive earlier than 30 minutes, your table or room may not be ready yet.

For example, if your party starts at 1pm, you may arrive at 12:30pm to begin setting up. Our Party Hosts can also assist in unloading items from your vehicle and decorating for the party.

Your party host can assist in bringing your belongings to the party area, help with set up, keep the party running on schedule, assist in singing happy birthday/ cutting cake, and clean up. We strive for every party to be as stress-free as possible, and our team will assist when you need us (or if you're more of a "do-it-yourself" type, we're okay with that too!)

When decorating, please do not use thumbtacks, push pins, or anything that may damage the walls/ cabinets. Due to the ceiling height of the facility, we are unable to hang a piñata. Please contact your preferred location for specific questions regarding decorations.

We do not charge for adults for open play or birthday parties. At arrival, a parent/guardian will sign in and indicate the number of children with them. Any children 6 months and older who are playing in the facility will be counted toward the included admission in the party package booked. Siblings of a child counted toward the included admission in the party package who are 12 months and under will be counted as a free sibling. Additional children not included in the party package will be $14 each, regardless of age.

Do you have twins, triplets, or children with birth dates close together? We are happy to host your parties for multiple children (up to 3) at no additional charge!

We understand there may be unforseen circumstances which result in the need to reschedule. We allow one courtesy reschedule of your party (based on availability) as long as you provide at least a 24 hour notice.

Please note, your party deposit is non-refundable regardless of date booked. The purpose of the deposit is to secure your preferred date and time and will be applied to the final balance of your party.

Instead of restricting guests to purchase certain foods/drinks for their party, we allow guests to bring in any items they wish to serve at their event. Additionally, pizzas or other foods ordered from nearby restaurants may be delivered directly to Bounce N Play for your convenience. Party Rooms include a mini fridge for guests to utilize during their party.
