Picnic Table Reservations

Ideal for smaller parties with less than 10 kids.

Picnic Table Package

  • Two picnic tables, which accommodates 12 guests. 

  • Party Host to assist in set up, singing happy birthday and cake cutting, clean up.

  • 5 kid admissions to play. Guests may stay and play after the party.

  • Additional kids are $10 each (adults are free)

Deluxe Picnic Table Package

  • Four picnic tables, which accommodates 24 guests. 

  • Party Host to assist in set up, singing happy birthday and cake cutting, clean up.

  • 10 kid admissions to play. Guests may stay and play after the party.

Party Room Reservations

Ideal for parties with 10-15 kids 
2 Hours inside gated party room

(15 minutes set-up, 90 minute party time, 15 minute clean up) 
The room accommodates up to 24 people. There are 4 tables for seating and 2 tables for cake/food/gifts

$75 Deposit (due at booking)

Private Event Reservations

Ideal for large parties with 15 or more kids
2 hour party time

Private parties are held during the following time slots:
5pm-7pm (additional $50 on Saturdays/Sundays. Please contact us for availability)
6pm-8pm
10am-12pm (Sundays only)

Party FAQs

Q: Is Bounce N Play only open for parties?

A: Bounce N Play is always open play (unless there is a private event occuring) Please remember to bring socks when you visit us since every guest must wear socks when walking on the mats and playing on the equipment. If you forget, don't worry! We have socks for purchase for $2 a pair.

Q: Can I bring my own food and drinks?

A: Absolutely! Guests who have reserved a Picnic Table or Party Room are allowed to bring in food, drinks, cake, etc. for their party.

 

Guests may also bring individual meals and snacks during open play ONLY on Monday-Friday! Large family-style setups and spreads are not permitted unless a party has been booked with us. This includes (but not limited to) birthday cakes, cupcakes, and other "party food." 

 

Q: How do I book a birthday party?

A: Birthday parties can be booked online, over the phone, or in person. When reserving your party, a deposit is required to hold your specific date and time slot. If you have questions, please give us a call at 409-385-4632 and our team will assist you!

Q: When can I arrive to set up for my party?

A: Guests who have reserved a Picnic Table or Party Room may arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled party time. Please keep in mind if you arrive earlier than 15 minutes, your table or room may not be ready yet.

 

Q: What are the duties of the party host?

A: Your party host can assist in bringing your belongings to the party area, help with set up, keep the party running on schedule, assist in singing happy birthday/ cutting cake, and clean up. We strive for every party to be as stress-free as possible, and our team will assist when you need us (or if you're more of a "do-it-yourself" type, we're okay with that too!) 

 

Q: Can I bring a pinata?

A: Due to the structural features of the facility, we are unable to hang a pinata from the ceiling.

Q: Are adults charged admission for parties?

A: We do not charge for adults for open play or birthday parties. At arrival, a parent/guardian will sign in and indicate the number of children with them. Any children 6 months and up who are playing in the facility will be counted toward the included admission in the party package booked. Additional children not included in the party package will be $10 each, regardless of age.

 

Q: Can I host a joint birthday party?

A: Do you have twins, triplets, or children with birth dates close together? We are happy to host your parties for multiple children (up to 3) at no additional charge!

 

Q: What if I need to cancel or reschedule my party?

A: We understand there may be unforseen circumstances which result in the need to reschedule. We allow one courtesy reschedule of your party (based on availability) as long as you provide at least a 24 hour notice.

 

Please note, your party deposit is non-refundable regardless of date booked. The purpose of the deposit is to secure your preferred date and time and will be applied to the final balance of your party.
